Return window

Unused items in original, undamaged packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

Restocking & exclusions

No restocking fee on eligible returns. Certain items may be non-returnable for safety, hygiene or export-compliance reasons; these are noted where applicable. Image intensifier tubes and custom-built systems may have special terms.

Refunds
