Export compliance (ITAR / EAR)

Night vision and thermal imaging products may be controlled under the U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). By ordering, you agree not to export or re-export any product in violation of U.S. law. We may require end-use information and will decline orders we cannot fulfill in compliance.
